- Hộp cơm giữ nhiệt được bảo hành 6 tháng về khả năng tỏa nhiệt, với điều kiện sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn, không bị trầy xước, móp méo, thiếu linh kiện, không bị va đập hay rơi rớt.
- Không bảo hành đối với các vấn đề liên quan đến vệ sinh, rơi vỡ, trầy xước, móp méo, gỉ sét hoặc mất linh kiện.
