VERSATILITY
Works with various kitchen knives: chef's knives, meat slicers,

Manual:
- Place the sharpener on a flat work surface. Hold the sharpener with one hand and the knife handle with the other.
- Insert knife blade fully into the slot at a 90°angle to the sharpener.
- Apply light downward pressure on the blade while pulling the knife through the sharpening slot from heel to tip.
- Repeat this action, normally 5-7 pulls will get the blade sharp, but knives made of extremely hard steel may require additional pulls.
- The sharpener has three slots, pull the knife through each slot one by one, from slot 1 to slot 3. Do not sharpen alternately in the three slots.
1. Diamond Coated Rods (Preparation): Repair damaged edges and balance the blade before actually sharpening.
2. Carbide blades (Sharpening): Sharpen the blade and restore its shape to a V - cut.
3. Ceramic Rods (Polishing): Remove burrs and polish the blade so that it is as sharp as razor!
- Clean the sharpener with a damp cloth or mild brush. Do not rinse with water.
Caution:
- For safety reasons, please do not use hand for testing the blade sharpness.
- Keep away from the fire as heat may damage the product.
- Do not use for anything other than basic use.
