- Within 7 days after receiving the product successfully, please contact Lock & Lock customer service for assistance in resolving complaints if the product has problems. At the same time, please provide evidence that the problem of the product comes from the seller.

- Lock & Lock encourages you to please record videos or take photos when opening product. If there is no video or photo proving that the problem of the product originates from the seller, Lock & Lock will refuse to solve the problem related to appearance, lack of accessories.

3. Requirements for returned products (Replacement):
